Dukkapu is a business-to-business (B2B) online marketplace that connects buyers seeking products and services with verified suppliers and sellers across Kenya. We provide the technology platform; we are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.
To use Dukkapu you must:
You must register an account to access most platform features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Accounts are available as Buyer, Seller or Both. You may request a role change by contacting support.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the integrity of the marketplace.
You must not use Dukkapu to:
Dukkapu facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but does not process payments directly unless specifically stated. Payment terms are agreed between the buyer and seller. Dukkapu is not liable for payment disputes, non-delivery or product quality issues.
All content on the platform — including the Dukkapu name, logo, software and design — is owned by or licensed to Dukkapu Limited. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform.
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Dukkapu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data or business opportunities.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dukkapu Limited and its officers, employees and agents from any claims, losses or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email or in-platform notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
